‘If you just breathe and pray, it will go away.’ True or false? Good advice or bad?

Pray first is good counsel, but when it comes to anxiety, sometimes ‘just pray’ can be insufficient. When this friend called anxiety becomes our foe, understanding what’s going on inside of us is a great start to gaining control and finding peace.
